Splicescope uses RNA-seq splicing profiles to determine the maturity of both in vivo and in vitro neuronal samples. This allows samples to be accurately assigned to a developmental age. Furthermore, RNA binding protein-specific scores allow for insights into developmental splicing regulation of specific cell types.
